聚硅氧烷防腐涂层的制备及其自修复性能的研究

         

摘要

以甲基三甲氧基硅烷和硅溶胶为前躯体,硝酸铈为缓蚀剂,制备了聚硅氧烷防腐涂层.采用扫描电子显微镜、水接触角测试仪、中性盐雾试验等方法考察了硝酸铈掺杂量对涂层表面形貌、疏水性和耐蚀性的影响,并通过电化学阻抗谱和铈元素分布探讨了涂层的自修复性能.结果表明,硝酸铈的加入使聚硅氧烷涂层具有了一定的自修复能力,加入量为0.6%(质量分数)时涂层的综合性能最优.%Anticorrosive polysiloxane coatings with self-healing property were prepared with methyltrimethoxysilane and silica sol as the precursors and cerium nitrate as corrosion inhibitor.The effect of cerium nitrate content on the surface morphology,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of coating was studied by scanning electron microscopy,water contact angle testing and the neutral salt spray test.The coating's self-healing ability was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and analysis of cerium distribution.The results indicated that polysiloxane coatings doped with cerium nitrate show a certain degree of self-healing ability.The coating doped with 0.6wt% cerium nitrate owns the best comprehensive performance.
