建立了卷对卷高速电镀半光亮镍添加剂的镀液性能、效率性能、镀层性能、镀液成本、环保性能的实验室技术评价项目.介绍了各自的试验方法,并利用该法对4种半光亮镍添加剂的综合性能进行了量化评价,为电镀生产企业选用性能优异的镀镍添加剂提供参考.%Some items for technical evaluation in laboratory including bath performance,efficiency,coating properties,bath cost and environmental performance of the additives applied to rapid reel-to-reel semi-bright nickel electroplating were established and the test method of each was introduced.The comprehensive performances of 4 kinds of additives for semi-bright nickel electroplating were quantitatively evaluated using the given method,which provides a reference for plating plants to select high-performance additives for nickel electroplating.
