一次三价铬镀铬发黄故障的分析及处理

         

摘要

描述了一次三价铬镀铬出现的发黄故障和处理措施.一种不易溶解的添加剂中间体在镀液中积累达到过饱和后,会生成胶体微粒而悬浮在镀槽中.电镀中,这些胶体微粒吸附在镀层上,导致镀层发黄.用活性炭处理镀液排除了这次镀铬故障.降低添加剂配方中这种中间体的浓度后,从源头上消除了导致这种故障的根源.%A trouble of yellow coatings occurred in trivalent chromium plating and its countermeasures were described.One of the intermediates used in the additive which is not easily dissolved accumulates to oversaturation in the plating bath,and then generates colloidal particles suspending in the plating solution.The colloidal particles are adsorbed on the as-electroplated chromium coating,leading to the yellowing of the coatings.The problem was solved by treating the plating bath with activated carbon.The underlying cause of such problem was eliminated by reducing the intermediate concentration in the additive composition.
