装载锌/钼酸盐缓蚀剂的水滑石纳米容器的防腐性能

         

摘要

A MoO2-4 pillared Zn/A1 nano-hydrotalcite (Zn/A1-MoO2-4) was prepared with hydrotalcite as a nano-container to load Zn2+ and MoO2-4 corrosion inhibitors, and then characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), inductively coupled plasma (ICP), and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm, respectively. The anticorrosion effect of the nano-container on AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve (LP) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the synthesized Zn/A1-MoO2-4 hydrotalcite nano-container has good lamellar structure and is well-crystallized with a particle size of 80 nm, 0.762 nm interlayer spacing, and a most probable pore diameter of 38 nm, implying a mesoporous material. It has good ion-exchange performance as shown by different degrees of ion-exchange based on concentration difference of C1-. The epoxy coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy which contains the Zn/A1- MoO2-4 hydrotalcite nano-container as pigment maintains good corrosion resistance after immersion in 3.5wt% NaC1 solution for 70 d.%以水滑石作为储存缓蚀剂Zn2+、MoO2-的纳米容器,制备了MoO42-柱撑Zr/A1纳米水滑石(Zn/A1-MoO42-).利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、等离子体电感耦合光谱仪(ICP)和N2吸附脱附等温线对样品进行表征,采用动电位极化曲线(LP)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试该纳米容器对AZ31镁合金的腐蚀防护效果.结果表明,所合成的Zn/Al-MoO42-水滑石纳米容器具有完整的层状结构,结晶良好,粒径尺寸在80 nm左右,层板间距0.762 nm,最可几孔径为38 nm,为介孔材料,而且它可根据Cl-的浓度差异发生不同程度的离子交换,具有良好的离子交换性能.将其作为颜料添加到环氧树脂中,并于镁合金表面固化成膜,所得的环氧涂层体系在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡70 d后,仍具有较好的耐腐蚀性能.
