汽车零部件电泳涂装工艺改造

         

摘要

The electrophoretic coating quality of automobile spare and accessory parts is greatly related to pretreatment, such as degreasing and phosphating, and drying after electrophoresis, besides electrophoresis technology and management. The influence of pretreatment including degreasing and phosphating, air exhaust and supply systems, drying process, and temperature field in drying chamber on the quality of electrophoretic coating was discussed based on the practice of technical improvement on an electrophoretic coating line for manufacturing of automobile spare and accessory parts. The scheme of technical improvement for pretreatment process, phosphating residue removal system, fuel heating furnace, and drying chamber was introduced. After trial production for three months, it is proved that the quality of electrophoretic coatings is greatly improved and the product pass rate is up to more than 98% after technical innovation.%汽车零部件电泳涂漆质量除了与电泳工艺及管理有关外,还与脱脂、磷化等前处理及电泳后烘干处理有很大的关系.根据某汽车零部件电泳涂装线工艺改造的实践,论述了脱脂、磷化等前处理工艺及抽送风系统、烘烤工艺及烘干室内温度场对电泳漆膜质量的影响,介绍了前处理工艺、磷化除渣系统、燃油加热炉和烘干室技术改造方案.经过3个月的试生产证明,经过技术改造后,电泳漆膜质量大幅度提高,产品合格率达98%以上.
