以聚酯薄膜为载体制备超薄镍箔的工艺

         

摘要

以厚度为0.05 ~ 0.20 mm的耐高温、平整度好的PET薄膜作为载体,利用高真空磁控溅射技术使薄膜单面金属化,然后预镀光亮铜,接着浸涂羧基苯并三唑溶液形成一薄层有机物离析层,继而采用氨基磺酸盐镀镍工艺在其表面沉积规定厚度的镍层,最后将镍层从基材上剥离,即获得超薄镍箔材料.给出了各工序的操作条件,指出了预镀光亮铜、浸涂离析层及氨基磺酸盐镀镍工艺参数对镍箔性能的影响.所得镍箔的抗拉强度、延伸率、厚度均匀性、表面电阻、卷曲量、剥离力等性能均符合相关标准的要求.%Ultrathin nickel foils were prepared using 0.05-0.20 mm thick PET film with high temperature resistance and good smoothness as substrate through the following steps: (1) metalizing one side of the PET film by vacuum magnetron sputtering; (2) pre-plating bright copper; (3) immersing in carboxyl benzotriazole solution to form a peelable organic layer; (4) depositing nickel coating with desired thickness by sulfamate nickel plating process; and (5) stripping the nickel coating. The operation conditions of individual procedure were presented. The effects of bright copper pre-plating, formation of peelable layer, and sulfamate nickel plating on the performances of nickel foil were described. The tensile strength, elongation, thickness uniformity, surface resistance, crimp value, and peeling strength of the nickel foil meet the requirements of related standards.
