Bath and deposit properties of electroless nickelphosphorus-plating were investigated. A complex additive XT containing RE was developed, which can improve the bath stability and increase phosphorus content, microhardness and durability of the nickel-phosphorus deposit. Apparent active energy of nickel-deposit reaction in the studied system was 56 kJ/mol calculated with the experiment datum.%对化学镀镍-磷的镀液性能和镀层性能进行了研究。筛选了一种含稀土混合添加剂XT,从而改善了槽液的稳定性,镀层含磷量、显微硬度和韧性增加。利用试验数据推算了所研究体系沉镍反应的活化能为56kJ/mol。
