This paper analyzes the necessity for establishing an investment and financing mechanism for the sake of coping with climate change in China, examines the progress of the work of climate-related investment and financing in the country so far, and explores the challenges in setting up a mechanism for climate-related investment and financing in China. On such basis, the paper makes some policy recommendations for establishing a climate-related investment and financing mechanism.%本文论述了我国构建以应对气候变化为目标的投融资机制的必要性，梳理了国内已开展的气候投融资工作进展情况，分析了我国构建气候投融资机制面临的挑战，并在此基础上提出构建气候投融资机制的政策建议。
