随着新常态经济政策的提出,我国经济正在向创新与稳定方向发展.新能源开发与利用是世界各国关注民生及经济发展的重要战略,尤其风能开发利用,归属于产业范畴,其产业在一定程度上影响经济发展.本文结合可持续发展模型,采用用户细分基本原理,创新地分析了风能未来的发展趋势,得出风能产业能够带动制造业、旅游业,从而带动其他产业发展的结论.用可持续发展模型分析了经济发展成本最小化及经济发展净收益,从数学角度定性地分析相关值;数学公式详细给出了经济发展成本最小化,从而使经济发展净收益增大.创新地把竞争情报和数学模型结合,分析给出了经济发展收益问题.这种创新的分析对促进新经济形势下的企业发展,以及我国经济走可持续发展之路具有重要意义.%With the new normal economic policy, the economy of our country is developing innovatively and stably. New energy development and utilization is an important strategy for people's live and economic development around the world. Especially, the development and utilization of wind energy industry influences the economic development to a certain extent. Combining the sustainable development model, the future development trend of wind energy is innovatively analyzed by user segmentation principle. The conclusion is that wind energy industry promotes manufacturing industry, tourism industry, so as to drive the development of other industries. The sustainable development model analyzes the minimization of cost and net income of economic development, in which mathematical formulas are given in detail to minimize cost of economic development, and thus to increase net income of economic development. Through the innovative combination of competitive intelligence and mathematical model, the profit problem of economic development is given in the paper. This kind of innovative analysis is very important for promoting the development of enterprises under the new economic situation, as well as the sustainable development of our country's economy.
