During the12th Five-year Plan, international cooperation will be an important ways and method for China to develop energy, especially to new energy industry. This paper discusses the status and problems of China's international cooperation in new energy industry. Some advices and solutions are given in this paper: e.g. Use sufficient foreign exchange reserves to eliminate unequal cooperation status; adopt diplomatic strategy to deal with barriers of core technology and IP protection; expand the fields in which the international cooperation can be made, optimize the coordination mechanism and enhance mutual trust.%“十二五”时期,国际合作将成为我国能源发展尤其是新能源发展的重要方式和手段.本文分析了我国新能源国际合作的现状及存在的问题,提出了利用充足的外汇储备消除合作地位不对等;借助外交战略消除核心技术和知识产权保护壁垒;积极拓宽新能源合作领域和健全协调机制,消除互信不足等方面促进我国新能源国际合作的对策建议.
