为了节能和优化电子束熔炼炉的结构,文章建立了电子束炉熔炼高纯钛过程中,移动电子束热源作用下的熔池流动、 传热的模型.通过CFD软件进行数值计算,得到了电子束炉熔炼过程流场和温度场的分布规律.结果表明:熔池中熔体的速度分布很不均匀,在不同界面和长度方向上都存在较大的速度差;距出口不同距离的截面,越靠近出口位置的截面,其截面上的速度越大;由速度差造成的熔池温度分布也存在较大温差,如熔池上表面温度最高的区域正好是电子束接触区,而熔池中低部的温度比较低.%In order to save energy and optimize the electron beam furnace structure , the models of flu-id flow and heat transfer in titanium alloy melt heated by moving heat source in electron beam furnace were developed to simulate the distribution of the velocity and temperature with CFD software .The re-sults show that the distribution of the velocity is very uneven , there are big velocity differences on dif-ferent interfaces and longitudinal directions;the velocity of the cross sections is greater than the others that are farther away from the outlet zone;the velocity differences lead to large temperature differences , e.g.the highest temperature of the top surface of the melt is substantially the region directly heated by the electron beams , however , the temperature is relatively lower at the bottom of the melt .
