以热电转换为基础,建立了热辐射余热热电转换实验系统.研究了发电片热接收面与热辐射发射源距离以及发电片冷端的冷却强度对发电效率的影响.结果表明,热辐射发射面与热接受面距离对热辐射转换率有很大的影响.当距离在1.5~2.0cm时,热辐射余热转换率略有升高,从1.24%增至1.26%;距离从2cm 增加到4cm时,热辐射转换率从1.26%降低到0.75%;热电片冷却强度对热电转换有一定的影响,增加水冷流速,冷却强度提高,热辐射转换率也随之提高.%Based on the thermoelectric conversion theory,the experimental device to study the waste radiation heat transfer performance by thermoelectric was designed.The influence of distance and cooling intensity on power generation efficiency was studied.The results show that the distance between the thermal radiation source and heat receiving side has a great influence on the thermoelectric conversion efficiency.When the distance changed from 1.5 to 2cm,the power generation increased less from 1.24%to 1.26%.When the distance increased from 2 to 4 cm,the heat radiation conversion efficiency and power generation decreased obviously from 1.26%to 0.75%.The cooling intensity of the thermoelectric generation has an effect on the thermoelectric conversion;increasing water-cooling velocity increased cooling intensity and improved the thermal radiation conversion efficiency.
