兰炭用作燃料对烧结性能影响的试验研究

         

摘要

采用兰炭用作烧结燃料进行了实验室试验,探索兰炭的燃烧性能与对产质量指标的影响,并进行相关对比试验及技术经济评价.试验结果表明使用兰炭的烧结利用系数达到1.549t/(m2·h),高出焦粉0.177 t/(m2·h),高出煤粉0.146 t/(m2·h);转鼓指数达62%,比使用焦粉高2.93%,比使用煤粉高8.8%;固体燃耗52.22kg/t,比焦粉低2.24kg/t,比煤粉低8.32kg/t.综合评价烧结性能兰炭是三种燃料中最高的.兰炭灰分低,相同配矿条件下可提高烧结矿品位0.3%~0.5%.使用兰炭烧结矿矿物组成与结构更加均匀,铁酸盐含量高,玻璃质含量少,低温还原粉化率低,中温还原度高.技术与经济评价表明,兰炭用作烧结燃料,其综合技术效果最高,而烧结矿成本最低,为未来可选的烧结优质燃料之一.%The laboratory experiment was achieved to explore the influence on combustion performance and production quality index with blue carbon ( semi coke) , and which the correlation comparison ex-periment and technical economic evaluation was accomplished. Experimental results showed that the sintering utilization coefficient reached 1. 549 t/m2 h using blue carbon which was higher 0. 177 t/m2 h than with coke, was higher 0. 146 t/m2 h than with anthracite;the drum index reached 62% that was higher 2. 93% comparing with coke, was higher 8. 8% comparing with anthracite; the Solid fuel con-sumption was 52. 22 kg/t that was lower 2. 24 kg/t comparing with coke, was lower 8. 32 kg/t compa-ring with anthracite , so that comprehensive evaluation of sintering performance of blue carbon was the highest in the three kinds of fuel. The sinter iron grade can be increasing 0. 3% -0. 5% under the condition of same ore matching owing to lower ash content of blue carbon. Sinter mineral composition and structure was more uniform, ferrite content was higher, the glass content was less, low temperature reduction disintegration rate was lower, medium temperature reduction degree was higher. Technical and economic evaluation showed that its comprehensive effect was the highest, and sinter cost was low-est with the semi coke as sintering fuel, which is one of sintering optional high quality fuel in the fu-ture.
