电炉还原渣制备钢渣陶瓷的实验研究

         

摘要

A slag ceramic with good performances was synthesized by use reduction slag which genera-ted in the process of electric furnace steelmaking slag as main raw material of ceramic firing.The re-duction EAF slag content was researched and determined on the properties of ceramic.Using the tradi-tional ceramic sintering process for burning, its bending strength can reach up to 99.95 MPa, and wa-ter absorption rate is 0.12%.The ceramic samples phase and microstructure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction test and scanning electron microscopy.The studies showed that the reductive slag content of ceramic samples can reach 50%, and the main crystal phase of samples is ordinary pyroxene, diopside and anorthite.%利用电炉炼钢过程中产生的还原渣作为制备钢渣陶瓷的主要原料之一,采用传统的陶瓷烧结工艺,研究确定了电炉还原渣掺量对陶瓷性能的影响,并制备出性能良好的陶瓷试样,试样的抗折强度可达到99.95 MPa,吸水率为0.12%。运用X射线衍射仪及扫描电镜等测试手段对试样进行了物相组成及微观结构分析。研究表明,陶瓷试样中还原渣的掺量可达到50%左右,试样的主晶相由普通辉石相、透辉石相及钙长石相组成。
