物料预热塔预热过程的优化研究

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of heat transfer in the preheating tower , 2-D simulation model and the theory of porous media model for heat transfer calculation were established by using Computational Fluid Dynamics software FLUENT6.3.Meanwhile, standard model was used to de-scribe the air flow in the preheating tower , and the temperature field was simulated by two -equation energy model based on non -equilibrium thermodynamics in porous media built up by UDFs .To ex-plore the factors that affect the preheating process , heat transfer process of material preheating tower were optimized and analyzed .At last, the optimal operation parameters were proved by orthogonal ex-periment.%以计算流体力学软件FLUENT6.3为平台,针对预热塔内换热的特点,建立了物料预热塔二维仿真模型,重点研究多孔介质理论模型。选用标准的双方程模型模拟预热塔内的流场,采用用户自定义函数的UDFs构建多孔介质非局部热力学平衡的双能量方程模型,模拟预热塔内的温度场;探讨影响预热过程的因素,并通过正交实验的方法,对物料预热塔换热过程进行优化,得到了最优运行参数组合。
