露天矿山台阶爆破爆炸水雾降尘实验

         

摘要

The subj ect that using the surface water bag water mist dust in open-pit mine blasting for dust removal is worthy studying.The formation process and arrangement parameters of surface water bag explosion water mist are studied by field dust explosion test in open-pit mine blasting.On the basis of previous studies,according to the comparison of water bag diame-ter,primer dose and foaming agent concentration,the explosion water mist formation process analysis was analyzed by high speed camera system and analysis software to obtain the parameters and regularity of scatters radius,the duration of the maxi-mum height,horizontal and vertical duration and initial velocity under different water bag diameter.And it was obtained the best results and economic benefits when the ratio of dose q=0.55 kg/m3 ,the foaming agent E=5 kg/m3 for?=300 mm diam-eter water bag,and the ratio of dose q=0.83 kg/m3 ,the foaming agent E=5 kg/m3 for?=200 mm diameter water bag. Through the application of examples,it is found that using the surface water bag water mist dust in open-pit mine blasting for dust removal is obvious and it can provide a reference for the surface water bag layout parameters.%通过露天矿山爆破现场降尘实验,研究了地表水袋爆炸水雾形成过程及布置参数.在总结前人研究的基础上,针对水袋直径、起爆药量、发泡剂浓度进行对比实验,利用高速摄像系统及分析软件分析水雾形成过程,获得了不同水袋直径下爆炸水雾的抛撒半径、最大高度、水平和竖直方向的水雾持续时间和初始速度及其变化规律,得出了对于直径?=300 mm的水袋当比药量为q=0.55 kg/m3、发泡剂浓度为E=5 kg/m3时,爆炸水雾降尘效果最佳,对于直径?=200 mm的水袋当比药量q=0.83 kg/m3、发泡剂浓度为E=5 kg/m3时爆炸水雾降尘效果最佳.通过实例应用,发现地表水袋爆炸水雾在露天矿山台阶爆破中进行降尘效果明显,为地表水袋布置参数提供参考.
