数码电子雷管在水下炸礁中的应用

         

摘要

为了达到核电建设高安全准入要求和爆破作业在核电建设场地内保障现已建设施的安全的同时,满足海底爆破规模和铲装块度的要求.根据数码雷管具有高可靠性、高精确性、高安全性、雷管在线检测方便、可延时且任意设置等优点,以陆丰核电厂北导流堤为研究背景,运用数码雷管,通过合理地控制延时时间,设计合理的爆破参数和起爆网路,以毫秒延时爆破的方式,逐孔、逐排进行起爆,成功地实现大规模单孔单响延时爆破.采用TC-4850振动测试仪对爆破产生的冲击波进行测试,距爆破区域35 m处最大振速为1.68 cm/s,在设计允许范围内爆破地震波未发生叠加.实践证明,数码电子雷管在水下炸礁延时控制爆破中能够取得良好的爆破效果,对同类工程具有借鉴作用.%In order to meet the high safety requirements for nuclear power construction and blasting operations,blasting operations in the nuclear power construction site to protect the safety of the existing facilities have been built,while meeting the requirements of seafloor blasting scale and shoveling degree.According to the digital detonator with the advantages of high reliability,high accuracy,high safety,detonator online detection convenience,being delayed and arbitrarily set,digital detonator was used based on the research of the north diversion dike of Lufeng nuclear power plant.By reasonably controlling the delay time,reasonable blasting parameters and detonation network,time delay blasting in milliseconds,hole by hole,row by row for initiation,the large-scale single-hole single-time delay blasting was successfully realized.TC-4850 was used to test the vibration that generated by the blasting.The maximum vibration velocity at the distance of 35 m from the blasting area was 1.68 cm/s.There is no superposition of blasting seismic waves within the design allowable range.Practice proved that digital electronic detonators in underwater blasting delay controlled blasting got a good blasting effect and it could provide a reference for similar proj ects.
