EP/CF/铜复合板防弹性能的实验和模拟

         

摘要

It was introduced the bulletproof property of a carbon fiber/Cu plate composite material,and in which the epoxy resin as base and binding material. The carbon fiber was lie up by quadrature transform method and alternated with Cu plate of different thickness. The whole thickness of this composite plate is 7.6 mm. The result shows with statistical data in four times experimental and numerical analysis:The maximum specific kinetic energy absorption of this composite plate is 1.2814×109J/m2,which is better than 945 bulletproof steel,and the density is the half. Since,this kind of composite is a material with more handiness and flexibility.%研究了以环氧树脂为基体材料与碳纤维/Cu板制得复合板的防弹性能.对碳纤维采用正交铺层结构并与不同厚度的铜板穿叉铺层设计,整个设计铺层为17层,总厚度为7.6 mm.根据四次击穿实验与数值模拟分析表明:该复合板能够吸收子弹的比动能为1.2814×109J/m2.该吸能结果优于同等厚度的945防弹钢,但是其密度约为它的一半.因此该复合材料是一种更为轻便,设计更灵活的防弹材料.
