汽车用内饰件塑料收纳盒因其结构比较复杂,装配精密,成型要求较高,普通的冷却水道不能满足塑料件的均匀冷却要求,因此将冷却水道设计成随形冷却摸式.摸具的型芯部分设置深入塑料件凹空部分、均匀分布的冷却水道分支,分上下两层冷却;摸具型腔部分设置的冷却水道环绕塑料件外表面,分上、中、下三层冷却.并对塑料件的冷却效果和充填效果进行了CAE分析.结果表明,随形冷却水道的设计合理,实现了对塑料件的全方位分层次冷却,加强了冷却的均匀性.生产实践也表明,设计的随形冷却水道获得了良好的冷却效果,制品质量优良.%Because of its complex structure, precise assembly and high requirement for molding, the uniform cooling require-ment could not be satisfied with common cooling channels for the plastic storage box of automotive interior decoration. The cooling channels were designed as a form of conformal cooling. The branches of the cooling channels were set in the core which were deep plastic depressions and uniform distribution. The core was cooled by two layers. The cooling channels in the cavity were surrounded on the outer surface of the plastic part. The cavity was cooled by three layers. The CAE analysis of the cooling and filling effects were also carried out. The results show that the design of the conformal cooling channels is very reasonable, and the all azimuth cooling of the plastic part is realized, and the uniformity of cooling is strengthened. The production practice also showes that the de-signed cooling channels have good cooling effect, and the quality of the products is excellent.
