连续长玻纤增强PP复合材料

         

摘要

使用自主研发的连续长玻纤浸润摸具,同时采用熔融压延浸润、熔融增压浸润两种技术制备了连续长玻纤增强聚丙烯(PP)材料,研究了压延作用力、增压压力对连续长玻纤浸润效果和复合材料性能的影响,以及玻纤含量、增容剂含量、浸润摸具温度和注塑摸具浇口对连续长玻纤增强PP复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,压延作用力和增压压力越大,连续长玻纤浸润效果越好,增强PP的性能越好.玻纤含量越高增强PP的性能越高;增容剂质量分数达到6%时,增强PP的综合性能最高;浸润摸具温度越高连续长玻纤的浸润效果越好,当温度为320℃时连续长玻纤PP的综合性能最好,注塑摸具浇口的合理设计,能够大幅度提升增强PP的性能.%Continuous long glassfiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) materials were prepared by self developed continuous long glassfiber infiltrating mold, and two techniques were prepared by melting pressure infiltration and melting pressurization infil-tration. The effect of the calendering force on the infiltration effect of continuous long glassfiber and the properties of the composite material was studied. The effect of calendering force on continuous long glassfiber infiltration and the effect of supercharging pres-sure on continuous long glassfiber were studied. The influence of the content of glassfiber, the content of compatibilizer and the temperature of the mold on the mechanical properties of the continuous long glassfiber reinforced PP composites, and the effect of the injection mold gate on the mechanical properties of the continuous long glassfiber reinforced PP were studied. The results show that the larger the calender force and the supercharging pressure, the better the infiltration effect of continuous glassfiber and the higher the performance of PP. The higher the glassfiber content is, the higher the performance of PP is, the higher the mass fraction of the compatibilizer is 6%, the higher the comprehensive performance of the PP, the better the infiltration effect of the continuous long glassfiber with the higher temperature of the impregnating mold. The better comprehensive performance of the long glassfiber PP is achieved at the temperature of 320℃, and the reasonable design of the injection moldflow channel can greatly increased the performance of reinforced PP.
