针对废弃风电叶片体积大、难以处理、污染环境的关键问题,将金刚石绳锯切割技术应用于废弃风电叶片的切割处理,并设计制造了由横向切割部件、纵向切割部件、卷扬机、工作台、导轨、移动小车、冷却系统及控制系统等组成的一种新型高效废弃叶片切割装置,可将完整的叶片高效切割成块状,块状切割料经破碎、粉碎后,将粉碎料引入水泥砂浆,可明显提高砂浆试块的抗折强度和抗压强度等力学性能,为未来大量退役废弃风电叶片的处理提供了一个新思路.%Aims at the problems that the wasted wind turbine blade is large amount,hard to dispose,environmental pollu-tion, the diamond wire saw cutting technology was applied to the wasted wind turbine blade cutting,and a cutting device for wasted wind turbine blade was successfully developed. The cutting device was made up of transverse cutting part,longitudinal cutting part, winch,desk,rail,travelling trolley,cooling system and control system. By the cutting device the wasted wind turbine blade were efficiently cut into massive FRP,and the massive FRP were broken and crushed into debris. The mechanical properties of mortar are obviously improved by introducing the debris,which provides a new idea for the disposal of the wasted turbine blade.
