细长变截面复合材料构件模压成型工艺设计

         

摘要

In view of the defects such as rich and poor resin,ply wrinkles,pits,bumps,bugs and delamination on the surface of medium temperature curing epoxy glass fabric prepreg (3233/EW180B) composite component was made by compression mold-ing,the difficulty of this component manufacturing were analyzed, and systematically were studied and the plan of overlay and as-sembly in the forming process of elongated variable section composite components was designed. By taking the interlaminar shear strength and bending strength as theevaluation indexes of kinetic performance,the effects of molding temperature,molding pressure and molding time on molding quality were investigated. The molding parameters of 3233/EW180B prepregs were determined. The forming process parameters and mechanical performance are as follows: forming pressure of 0.6 MPa,forming temperature of 120℃,forming time of 90-100 min,interlaminar shear strength of 54.6 MPa,bending strength of 558.7 MPa. The manufacturing requirements of the elongated variable section composite materials are satisfied.%针对细长变截面中温固化环氧玻璃布预浸料(3233/EW180B)复合材料构件摸压成型工艺制备中表面出现的贫富树脂、铺层皱折、凹坑、凸起、积瘤、层间开裂等缺陷问题,通过对构件的制造难点分析,系统地研究并对细长变截面复材构件成型工艺中铺叠方案、组装方案进行设计,以层间剪切强度和弯曲强度作为力学性能评价指标,考察了摸压成型温度、摸压成型压力、摸压成型时间对成型质量的影响.确定了3233/EW180B预浸料的细长变截面复合材料构件成型工艺参数.成型工艺参数为:成型压力0.6 MPa、成型温度120℃、成型时间90~100 min,在此工艺条件下制备的细长变截面复合材料构件层间剪切强度为54.6 MPa、弯曲强度为558.7 MPa.满足了细长变截面类复合材料构件的制造要求.
