PBT树脂湿热老化性能

         

摘要

研究了聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)在85℃,85%湿度情况下的湿热老化性能.研究了湿热老化条件下PBT的强度、韧性、耐热性、熔体流动速率和端羧基含量等的变化.结果表明,湿热老化对PBT的韧性的影响明显大于对强度的影响,湿热老化对PBT韧性的影响排序:断裂伸长率>无缺口冲击强度>缺口冲击强度>挠度;PBT的初始黏度和端羧基含量对材料的湿热老化具有较大的影响;而抗水解剂的加入能明显地提高PBT的耐水解性能,且随着抗水解剂含量的增加,PBT的耐水解性明显提高.端羧基含量和水分是PBT树脂湿热老化过程中的关键控制因素,PBT树脂中初始端羧基含量越低,其耐湿热老化性能越好.%The humidity-heat aging of PBT resin at 85℃and 85% humidity were studied. The strength,toughness,heat resis-tance,meltingflowing index and content of carboxyl terminus of PBT resin were studied on the humidity-heat condition. It is found that the effect of humidity-heat aging on the toughness of PBT resin is obviously greater than the effect on the strength. The effect of humidity-heat aging on the toughness of PBT resin is as follows:elongation at break>impact strength >notch impact strength >de-flection. The initial viscosity and the content of the carboxyl terminus of PBT resin have a great influence on the moisture and heat aging of the material. Moreover,the hydrolysis resistance of PBT resin was obviously improved by the addition of anti-hydrolytic agent,and the water resistance of PBT resin was obviously improved with the increase of anti-hydrolytic agent content. The carboxyl terminus and moisture content are the key controlling factors in the process of PBT resin humidity-heat aging. The lower the initial carboxyl terminus content of PBT resin is, the better its humidity-heat aging performance is.
