聚吡咯/纳米 ZnO 复合材料制备及其防腐性能研究

         

摘要

在纳米 ZnO 粒子存在的情况下,以吡咯单体为原料,对甲苯磺酸为掺杂剂,三氯化铁为氧化剂,采用化学氧化法制备了聚吡咯(PPy)/纳米 ZnO 复合物。采用扫描电子显微镜、紫外可见分光光度计和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对复合物进行形貌观察和结构表征。分别以 PPy 和 PPy/纳米 ZnO 复合物为填料,加入到聚氨酯(PUR)涂层中,再涂覆于碳钢片表面,之后浸泡在3.5% NaCl 溶液中,通过开路电位、极化曲线和交流阻抗研究涂层的防腐性能。结果表明,含有 PPy/纳米 ZnO 复合物的 PUR 涂层耐腐蚀效果优于 PUR/PPy 涂层。%In the presence of nano-ZnO,with pyrrole monomer as raw materials,p-toluenesulfonic acid as dopant,iron trichloride as oxidant,polypyrroleano-ZnO composite was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization. The morphology and structure of polypyrroleano-ZnO composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,UV-vis spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The carbon steel was coated by polyurethane with adding polypyrrole and polypyrroleano-ZnO as filler respectively,and was soaked in mass fraction of 3.5% NaCl solution. The anticorrosive performance of the coating was researched with open circuit potential,polarization curves and alternating current impedance. The results indicate that the anticorrosive performance of polypyrroleano-ZnO2 composite coating is optimum,followed by polyurethane/polypyrrole composite coating.
