研究了增韧剂种类、润滑剂种类及其含量对尼龙(PA)6力学性能及脱模效果的影响.结果表明,增韧剂的加入提高了PA6的脱模性,且不同增韧剂对脱模性提高幅度不同;润滑剂的加入能改善增韧PA6的脱模性,润滑剂A和C搭配具有协同作用,当其质量分数为1%时,增韧PA6的脱模性及力学性能综合效果最佳.采用增韧易脱模PA6注塑成型的汽车拉索套管帽综合性能符合技术指标要求,脱模性良好,达到了客户的预期目标.%The effects of lubricant and toughening angent on mechanical properties and release property of nylon 6 were studied.The results show that toughening agent and lubricants can increase the release property of nylon 6.The mechanical properties and release property are optimal when the amount of lubricant A and C were 1%.The sleeve cap of automobile cable made from the toughened and good releasing property nylon 6 can meet the application requirements perfectly,which achieves customer's expected goal.
