多种抽芯机构脱模的单筒望远镜镜体注塑模设计

         

摘要

The structure of the injection molded lens body of telescope was analyzed. Based on UG software,it includes the following contents:designing the integral structure of mold,confirming the cavity layout and gating system,designing the outward core pulling mechanism of the lateral angle guide pin,the inner slider core pulling mechanism for sectional internal thread,the whole teeth internal thread mechanism of rotating demoulding,and fixed distance parting strain structure. The working process of mold was described. Reasonable mold structure and high production efficiency have some demonstration effect on the mold structure of the similar injection molded parts.%分析了单筒望远镜镜体塑料件的结构工艺性,基于UG软件进行了模具整体结构的设计,确定了模具的型腔布置及浇注系统形式,完成了侧向斜导柱外抽芯机构、分段式内螺纹的内滑块抽芯机构、全牙内螺纹的旋转脱内螺纹机构及定距分型拉紧机构的设计,阐述了模具的工作过程。模具结构新颖合理,生产效率高,对类似塑料件的模具结构有一定的示范借鉴作用。
