Hydroxyapatite(HA) was prepared by chemical precipitation using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium nitrate tetrahydrate as starting materials and polyethylene glycol(2000) as the surfactant. Sulfonated polyetheretherketone(SPEEK) which was used to modify the surface of nano-hydroxyapatite was prepared by sulfonation with strong sulfuric acid as sulfonation agent,then polyetheretherketone(PEEK)/HA nanocomposite powder was prepared through solution blending method. X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry were used to analyze the structure,morphology and heat behavior of the product. The results demonstrate that the shape of HA with average particle diameter 98 nm is spherical particle and has uniform size. PEEK/HA nanocomposite powder which has good dispersion and thermal stability can be fabricated by selective laser sintering (SLS) process.%以磷酸氢二铵、四水硝酸钙为反应物,聚乙二醇-2000为表面活性剂,采用化学沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石(HA),以浓H2SO4为磺化剂制备了磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK),利用SPEEK对纳米HA进行表面改性,通过溶液共混法制备了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)/HA纳米复合粉末。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析、差示扫描量热法对产物的结构、形貌和热性能进行分析。结果表明,制备出的HA呈球状,大小均一,平均粒径为98 nm。以SPEEK为相容剂通过溶液共混法制备的PEEK/HA复合粉末分散性能和热稳定性良好,可用于选择性激光烧结工艺。
