将木粉经阳离子改性剂接枝改性后，利用筛选出的合适的直接耐晒型染料进行染色。染色后的木粉具有较优良的染色性能，上染百分率、染料保留率(水洗染色牢度)均比较理想，同时染色残液补加染料后二次染色的木粉与初始染液染得的木粉色差少。染色残液可循环利用，减少污水的排放，达到环保的要求。%After being modified with cationic grafting agent,the wood flour was dyed with the properly screened direct fast dyes.The dyed wood flour perform excellent dyeing properties,such as good dye uptake,high retention of dyes(ideal color fastness to washing).Furthermore,there is only small color difference of the wood flour between that dyed with the supplemented residue dyebath and that dyed with initial fresh dyebath.The residue dyebath could be recycled to reduce the discharge of sewage,and to meet environmental requirements.
