生物质单宁对酚醛泡沫力学性能和热稳定性的影响*

         

摘要

Phenolic foams modified by tannin,a macromolecule obtained from natural sources,were prepared and characterized.The influence of tannin content was investigated in order to optimize mechanical property and keep thermostability. The results show that significant improvements in mechanical properties are realized by adding tannin.Compared with unreinforced foams, the compression strength improves 79%,impact strength improves 71% and flexural strength improves 30%.The thermal analysis shows that the thermostability of reinforced foams decreases.Compared with unreinforced foam,weight-loss ratios increase 2%~5% at the same temperature ,however,reinforced foams still have excellent thermostability.%制备了生物质单宁改性的酚醛泡沫,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对产物进行了表征,测试了不同单宁添加量对酚醛泡沫力学性能的影响。结果表明,含有单宁结构的酚醛泡沫的力学性能有了显著提升。相比于普通酚醛泡沫,改性酚醛泡沫的压缩强度提高79%,冲击强度提高71%,弯曲强度提高30%。热失重分析表明,改性酚醛泡沫的热稳定性有所下降,相同温度下的失重率较酚醛泡沫增加2%~5%,但依然具有较好的热稳定性。
