熔体静电纺PET复合过滤材料的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

Microfiber membrane was produced on the surface of traditional PET non-woven fabric using melt electrospinning technique,and PET melt electrospinning composite filter material was prepared.The thermal properties of melt electrospinning PET microfiber were analyzed by DSC.The composite structure and surface morphology of composite filter material were characterized by SEM.Further the relationship of complex time and filtration performance of composite filter material was explored.The results show that the melt electrospinning PET microfiber is attached to the surface of non-woven fabric material and it has a degree of crystallinity,the crystal capacity and integrity of the crystals are higher than those of PET materials.With the increase of complex time,the filtration performance of composite filter material is significantly improved,after 12 min compounding,the filtration efficiency to the particle whose diameters is 2 μm or more achieves more than 90%.%采用熔体静电纺技术在传统聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)非织造基材表面构建超细纤维膜,制备熔体静电纺PET复合过滤材料。运用差示扫描量热仪对熔体静电纺PET超细纤维的热学性能进行表征分析,借助扫描电子显微镜对复合过滤材料的结构及表面形貌进行表征,并探讨复合时间与熔体静电纺复合过滤材料过滤性能之间的关系。结果显示,熔体静电纺PET超细纤维层良好贴附于非织造基材表层,其具有一定的结晶度,结晶能力和晶体的完整性均高于PET母料;随着复合时间的增加,复合过滤材料的过滤性能得到显著提高,复合12 min后对粒径2μm以上粒子的过滤效率达到90%以上。
