注塑工艺参数对防眩板力学性能的影响

         

摘要

以防眩板为例,结合Moldflow和ANSYS软件,将Moidflow分析后的节点、单元数据,各单元的材料属性,热膨胀系数值,残余应力值及分子和纤维取向角度等导入到ANSYS进行结构分析,研究了各注塑工艺参数对防眩板成型后力学性能的影响.结果发现,保压时间、熔体温度及模具温度对防眩板力学性能的影响较大,而注射速率及保压压力的影响较小.采用较长的保压时间、较低的熔体温度和模具温度,以及稍快的注射速率可制得力学性能较好的防眩板.该研究结果对提高注塑件的结构分析精度将有极大的现实意义.%Taking anti-glare board for example and combining Moldflow and ANSYS software, the node and element data, material properties of each element, thermal expansion coefficient, residual stress and molecular and fiber orientation angle gained from Moldflow analysis were imported into ANSYS for structural analysis, then the influences of injection process parameters on the mechanical properties of anti-glare board after molding were studied. The results showed that packing time, melt temperature and mould temperature had great influence on the mechanical properties of anti-glare board but injection rate and packing pressure had few influence. Anti-glare board with good mechnical properties could be prepared by adopting longer packing time, lower melt temperature, lower mould temperature and slight faster injection rate. The results of the study had great realistic significance in the respect of improving the structural analysis accuracy of injection molding parts.
