The perfluorosulfonated resin was dissolved in isoprapyl alcohol solution at high temperature ( 250T ) and under high pressure, and 10% solution was obtained.Adding high boiling point solvent (N, N-dimethylformamide )replacing low boiling point solvent (isopropyl alcohol), through which the fluid of membrane was made.Then casting membrane on the steel belt casting machine, the perfluorosulfonated ion-exchanged membranes of different thickness could be gained by means of adjusting the gap width of the casting cutter, the distance between the casting cutter and the steel belt and the speed of the steel belt.%采用异丙醇水溶液在高温(250℃)高压下溶解了全氟磺酸树脂,得到了质量分数为10％的溶液.之后加入高沸点溶剂(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)脱除低沸点溶剂,由此制得制膜液.利用钢带流延机流延薄膜,调节流延刀口缝宽、刀口与钢带之间的距离及钢带传动速度可以获得不同厚度的全氟磺酸离子交换膜.
