翼形罩注塑模设计

         

摘要

According to special structure of wing-cover plastic part, the injection mold with the plastic part outer shape formed by two fitting slanted sliding blocks carity die and the inner shape forced by combined-type slippage was designed. During the process of mould opening, in coordination with the sequence ejecting mechanism, two slanted sliding blocks carity die firstly realized side parting, then the stationary core of combined-type core die drawed out in the direction of mould opening and the sliding mode core lastly realized inside core-pulling. The drive system of side parting and inside core-pulling mechanism were novel and simplified the mould structure. The structure of sequence ejecting mechanism simplicity and rational, operation of the mould wasrnreliability.%根据翼形罩塑件较特殊的结构,设计了两瓣合斜滑块凹模成型塑件外形、组合式可滑移、凸模成型塑件内形的注塑模具;开模时,在顺序推出机构配合下,依次实现两斜滑块凹模先侧向分型、组合式凸模的固定型芯再沿开模方向抽出、滑移型芯最后内侧抽芯的动作过程.设计的模具侧向分型和内侧抽芯机构的驱动方式新颖,简化了模具结构,顺序推出机构结构简单合理,工作可靠.
