Polysilsesquioxane was synthesized by by-product of organic silicon monomer------trimethyl chlorosilane which wasrnhydrolysized in methyl isobutyl ketone ( MIBK) solution, and then was heated to 120X., and arisesed dehydration polycondensation reaction with methylerichlorosilane catalyzed by KOH, the flame retardant polyether plycol was prepared by propylene oxide, using polysilsesquioxanes, glycerin and water as initiators.The effects of reaction temperature, the quantity of catalyzer KOH and the ratio of the reaction materials on the synthesis of polyether plycol were examined by one-factor-at-a-time-technique method. The results showed that ihe optimization conditions were reaction temperature HOT, the quantity of catalyzer KOH 2%, the ratio of propylene oxide, polysilses quioxanes and glycerin 1.5 : 0.25 : 1, and the yield of poly ether plycol was up to 88.6%.Tbe limited oxygen index value of hard polyurethane foam could reach 28% when the silicon content of polysilses quioxanes was 25%.%以合成有机硅单体的副产物——甲基三氯硅烷为原料,在甲基异丁基酮( MIBK)水溶液中水解,加热至120℃,在KOH催化下脱水缩聚反应制备聚倍半硅氧烷,并以聚倍半硅氧烷、甘油和水为起始剂,与环氧丙烷作用合成了聚醚多元醇阻燃剂.采用单因素法考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、起始剂物料质量比等因素对聚醚多元醇阻燃剂合成的影响.结果表明,当反应温度为110℃,催化剂KOH的质量分数为2%,聚倍半硅氧烷、甘油和水的质量比为1.5∶0.25∶1时,聚醚多元醇阻燃剂收率高达88.6%.聚醚多元醇中硅的质量分数为25%时,制得的硬泡聚氨酯保温材料的氧指数可达28%.
