研究了无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)塑铝稳态复合管用热熔胶的主要成分对热熔胶和铝的粘接性能的影响.结果发现,当基材采用丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三元共聚物,且丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三元共聚物、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、乙烯类弹性体、石油树脂质量配比为60:25:10:5时,制备的PP-R塑铝稳态复合管用热熔胶对铝的粘接性能最好,剥离强度达到5.1 N/mm,且为内聚破坏.%The influence of the components of hot melt adhesive used in PP-R plastic-aluminum steady pipe on the adhesiveness between aluminium and hot melt adhesive was investigated. When propylene-ethylene-butene terpolymer was used as matrix material, the best quality proportion that brings the maximum peel strength was obtained. The optimum ratio of PP/PP-g-MAH/ethylene elastomer/petroleum resin equals to 60/25/10/5 and the peel strength was 5.1 N/mm.
