Using Box-Behnken method of response surface methodology to design experiment and analyze, a muti-factor quad-ratic polynomial equation mathematical model for power consumption and solid quantity delivered of solid conveying process in intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder with single lead screw parts was built. The effects of main factors on power consumption and solid quantity delivered and their corresponding relationships were discussed. The validity of model was tested. The deviation between predicted values by the model and experimental values was less than 10%. By using the regression equation of power consumption and solid quantity delivered obtained by experiment, the prediction and optimization of power consumption and solid quantity delivered of solid conveying process in intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder could be realized. As a result, the efficiency was improved and energy consumption was decreased.%采用响应曲面法(RSM)中Box-Behnken方法设计实验并分析,建立了啮合同向双螺杆挤出机固体输送段,单导程螺纹元件粉料输送的功率消耗和固体输送量的多因素二次多项式数学模型.探讨了主要因素对功率和输送量的影响及其交互作用.验证了模型的有效性,模型所预测的功率消耗和输送量与实验得到的数据误差小于10%.利用实验所得功率和固体输送量的回归方程,可实现对啮合同向双螺杆挤出机固体输送段功率消耗和固体输送量的预测和优化,提高能效,节约能源.
