In order to improve the quality of directly berried and prefabricated insulation pipes, based on the actual production process including the acceptance of raw materials, steel rust, the production of polyurethane foaming plastic, the prefabrication of outer layer and so on, the issues and measures were introduced combined with the relative standard specifications. The quality of insulation pipes could be ensured as far as possible and then the project quality accordingly.
