LPIB-g-GMA的制备及其对不饱和聚酯性能的影响

         

摘要

采用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为液体聚异丁烯(LPIB)的接枝物,并用苯乙烯为其共聚单体,利用溶剂热法合成了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝液体聚异丁烯( LPIB-g-GMA).研究了LPIB-g-GMA对不饱和聚酯树脂( UPR)力学性能及其它性能的影响.结果表明,随着LPIB-g-GMA含量的增加,UPR/LPIB-g-GMA的冲击强度先升高后降低,并在LPIB-g-GMA质量分数为4%时达到最大,约为纯UPR冲击强度的1.7倍.LPIB-g-GMA的加入对UPR的拉伸性能及热性能影响不大,是UPR良好的增韧剂.%By using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as the graft polymer, styrene as the comonomer, GMA grafted liquid polyisobutylene ( LPIB-g-GMA) was synthesized through solvothermal method, and its effect on unsaturated polyester resin ( UPR) was studied.The results indicated that the impact strength of UPR/LPIB-g-GMA exhibited a rise and then decrease trend with the increasing of LPIB-g-GMA. The impact strength of UPR/LPIB-g-GMA reached the maximum, about 1.7 times of that of pure UPR, when the content of LPIB-g-GMA was 4wt%, while tensile property and thermal property changed a little.
