Polybutadiene latex(PBL) particles with diameter of about 100 nm were prepared through synthesis technology of small particle size latex, then part of large particle size were getted through agglomeration technology, and thus to gain bimodal distribution of PBL. After grafting, PBL was mixed with (styrene/acrylonitrile) copolymer and granulated to produce (acrylonitrile/butadi-ene/styrene) copolymer( ABS) resin. The results showed that this kind of ABS resin had high impact strength, low melt flow rate and high elongation, and it was fit for extrusion molding. The conclusion was that the PBL agglomerates was suitable for sheet ABS resin.%通过小粒径胶乳合成工艺制备粒径100 nm左右的聚丁二烯胶乳(PBL),然后通过附聚得到部分较大粒径PBL,从而获得具有双峰粒径分布的附聚胶乳,附聚胶乳接枝后再与(苯乙烯/丙烯腈)共聚物掺混造粒制得(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS).结果表明,用该附聚PBL制得的ABS树脂具有冲击强度高、熔体流动速率低和断裂伸长率高等特点,适于进行挤出成型,说明该附聚PBL适合制备板材级ABS树脂.
