The key technologies and methods for redevelopment UG by means of UG Open Grip, UG/Open Menuscript, User Tools and Moldflow are introduced systematically. The injection mold CAD system for the gsar, part of mold and the automatic 3D generation of mold assembly drawing are developed successfully, and the detailed design steps and methods are given. Practical test indi-cats that the system is convenient for operation, reduces the amount of the work in the design of gear injection mold, and results in raise of the design efficiency, thus it has great engineering application values.%系统介绍了在UG平台,利用UG/Open Grip、UG/Open MenuScript、User Tools和Moldflow等工具进行齿轮注塑模CAD系统二次开发的关键技术和方法,实现了齿轮注塑件、模具零件和模具装配图的自动生成,并给出了详细设计步骤和实现方法.经软件测试,该系统易于操作,减少了注塑模具设计工作量,提高了设计效率,因此具有较强的工程应用价值.
