基于多层面分析的高技能人才评侈指标体系构建

2011年度浙江省教育科学规划项目“基于工学结合的技能应用型人才评价体系的研究”(批准号:SCG341);2011年浙江省人力资源和社会保障科学研究课题“现代汽车服务业高技能人才培养的研究与实践”(批准号:L2011D002)%According to characteristics of high - skilled talents, a evaluation index system is constructed. It includes three level one indicators of expertise, skill level and overall quality, and 15 level two indicators of education, and technical grade etc. The paper applied APH to determine the weights of each indicator, and pointed out that education, computer skills, problem - solving ability, and peer evaluation account for bigger proportion in all indicators. And thus, the paper believes that enterprises should take relevant measures to constantly promote the fostering and development of high skilled talents. And the weights are determined by using AHP, the result indicates that technical level, level of education, computer skills, problem - solving ability and peer evaluation are more important in all secondary indicators.
