当前火电厂基本实现了超低排放,然而在SCR工艺脱硝过程中由于1%SCR催化剂氧化点位的存在,SO3的排放问题一直无法得到足够的重视和有效的解决.在阐明火电行业SO3产生及危害的基础上,系统分析比较了SO3国内外控制技术现状及进展情况,并针对降低燃煤硫含量、碱性物质以及喷射位置的选择、SCR中SO2氧化抑制以及多种脱硫技术协同防控等几方面对今后的研究提出了可行性建议.%The thermal power plants basically realize ultra-low emission in these years.However,due to the presence of 1% SCR catalyst oxidation point in the denitrification process of SCR,the problem of SO3 emission has not get enough attention and effective resolve.This paper indicates generation and harm of SO3 in thermal power plants,and analyzes the control measures employed both at home and abroad to inhibit SO3.At the same time,some feasibility suggestions for future research are put forward,including reducing the sulfur content in the coal,and selecting alkalinity absorbent and the area to inject,and SO2 oxidation inhibition in the SCR,and developing synergic control system for SO3.
