Aiming at presenting the agricultural waste of walnut shell as raw material,the walnut shell magnetic activated carbon was prepared by high temperature calcination with muffle furnace at 500 ℃ and activated with ferric chloride and zinc chloride.The pyrolysis temperature of walnut shell was analyzed,the particle size of activated carbon was characterized,and functional groups of magnetic activated carbon of walnut shell were detected.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of magnetic activated carbon from walnut shell were time of 120 min,activation temperature of 500 ℃,the quality ratio of walnut powder,ferric chloride and zinc chloride of 20∶ 1∶ 10,liquid to solid quality ratio of 2∶1;the specific surface area of walnut shell magnetic activated carbon was 3 266.50 m2/g,and the size of the main distribution was among 0.50 ~ 1.00 μm.The bonds of C =O and C—H were on the surface of the walnut shell of magnetic carbon loaded with magnetic material of Fe3O4.%以农业废弃物核桃壳为原料,用FeCl3和ZnCl2作为活化剂,在500℃马弗炉中采用高温煅烧活化法制备核桃壳磁性活性炭.对核桃壳的热解温度进行分析,同时对制备出来的磁性活性炭进行粒度表征,并测定官能团.核桃壳磁性活性炭制备的最佳条件为:活化时间为120 min,活化温度为500℃,m(核桃粉)∶m(FeCl3)∶m(ZnCl2)为20∶1∶10,液固比为2∶1.经测定,核桃壳磁性活性炭比表面积为3 266.50 m2/g,粒度主要分布在0.50~1.00 μm,核桃壳磁性炭表面具有C=O键、C—H键并负载有磁性物质Fe3O4.
