改性炭化玉米芯对甲醛的吸附性能研究

         

摘要

以玉米芯为原材料,将其炭化后制得炭化玉米芯(AC组),用H3PO4、NaHSO3改进其炭化工艺流程,得到磷酸改性组(P-AC组)和饱和亚硫酸氢钠改性组(C-AC组).通过不同玉米芯与H3PO4的料液浸渍比和在饱和NaHSO3中的浸泡时间,研究对制备炭化玉米芯材料的比表面积及对甲醛气体的吸附效果的影响.结果表明:P-AC组材料的比表面积较AC组显著提高了28.9% ~37.7%;当玉米芯与H3PO4的料液浸渍比为1∶1时,所得材料在3h吸附甲醛达74.2%,饱和吸附量为4.95 mg/g;当炭化玉米芯材料在饱和NaHSO3浸泡1.5h时,所得材料3h吸附甲醛可达90.3%,饱和吸附量为6.21 mg/g.%The experiment used corncob as the raw material to make carbonized corncob material after carbonization (AC),and then modified it with H3 PO4 (P-AC) and NaHSO3 (C-AC).By studying the influence of the impregnation ratio of corncob and H3PO4,the effect of the soaking time of NaHSO3 on preparation of carbonized corncob material's specific surface area,pore radius and adsorption effect on formaldehyde gas were discussed.The study results showed that the specific surface area of P-AC material significantly increased by 28.9% ~ 37.7% compared with AC;when the impregnation ratio of corncob and H3 PO4 was1∶ 1,the material's adsorption effect of formaldehyde was 74.2%,the saturated adsorption capacity was 4.95 mg/ g;when the carbonized corncob soaking in the NaHSO3 for 1.5 h,the material's adsorption effect of formaldehyde was 90.3%,and the saturated adsorption capacity was 6.21 mg/g.
