能源为全球经济和社会发展提供了重要的物质基础.我国作为世界能源消费大国,正面临着传统化石能源减少、环境恶化的挑战,寻求可再生的化石能源的替代资源成为我国实现可持续发展的必然选择.生物能源因其可再生、环境友好、性能优良,可直接替代化石能源而备受关注.结合国内外产油微生物的研究现状,从产油微生物的种类、作用机理以及发酵过程可利用的原料进行了总结,并对其未来的发展进行了展望.%Energy provides foundation for the global economic and social developments.China,as one of the world's top energy consumption countries,is facing the challenges from the traditional fossil energy reduction and environmental errosion,hence seeking renewable energy resources become an inevitable choice for the economy sustainable development.Bioenergy attracted more attentions because of its renewable,environment friendly properties.In this paper,the research status of oilproducing microorganisms at home and abroad,general situation on the types and mechanism of the known oil-producing microorganisms and available feedstock were introduced,and its development was prospected.
