以浦东新区为例,介绍了上海区域环境空气质量变化历程,对比研究了中、美环境空气监测发展历程及成效,提出了区域尤其是浦东新区环境空气监测发展方向、环境空气污染控制及监测相结合进行阶段评估并不断调整的发展战略.%From the case study of Pudong New Area, it is introduced in this paper of the changes of environmental air quality in Great Shanghai. The development and result of environmental air quality monitoring in China is compared with which is in United States. It is discussed how to improve the environmental air quality monitoring in Great Shanghai, especially in Pudong New Area. The combined assessment of environmental air pollution control and monitoring is recommended, however the adjustment of which is required.
