A rapid method was established to detect six carbamates in surface and drinking water by UPLC-MS/MS. Water sample was initially prepared by acetonitrile extraction and membrane filtration simply. Good linear relationships were observed in the range of 0. 1 ~ 10μg/L or 1. 0 - 100μg/L. The LODs were 0. 01 or 0. 1 μg/L. The average spiked ( 5. 0μg/L) recovery were 98% ~ 101% (n =6). The RSDs were less than 5% .
