采用某养猪场干清粪进行了化学淋滤试验,研究了pH、淋滤时间、酸种类、固体浓度和粪源对化学淋滤效果的影响.结果表明:(1)p H越低,猪粪中铜的化学淋滤效果越好.猪粪中铜的最佳淋滤时间为3 h.(2)猪粪中铜的沥出率随固体浓度的降低而增加.从化学淋滤效果和经济效益两个方面综合考虑,固体质量浓度采用50~100 g/L较合适.(3)有机酸对猪粪中铜的化学淋滤效果明显优于无机酸.(4)育肥猪与母猪猪粪中铜的化学淋滤效果优于仔猪.%A chemical leaching experiment was carried out on the solid swine manure from a pig farm .The ex-periment focused on the research of a series of factors influencing leaching effect ,such as pH ,leaching time ,type of acid ,solid concentration and the manure sources .The results showed that :(1) the chemical leaching effect was better with lower pH .3 hours was the best leaching time for Cu from swine manure .(2) The leaching rate of Cu from swine manure increased with decreasing solid concentration .From the chemical leaching effect and economic benefits of both comprehensive consideration ,the solid mass concentration of 50-100 g/L was appropriate .(3) The chemical leaching effect of inorganic acids was better than that of organic acids .(4) The chemical leaching effect of Cu from swine ma-nure of fattening pigs and sow pigs were better than that of piglets .
