In this research, the source and properties of thickened oil wastewater and three treatment processes are introduced. With regard to the process of “hydrolytic acidification - contact oxidation - catalytic ozonation”, COD of the effluent is 48.6 mg/L,Cr the removal efficiency is 86.55%, and the treatment cost is CNY 6.03/m . With regard to the process of “pre-adsorption with activated coke - anaerobic treatment - immobilized microbe BAF - post-adsorption with activated coke”, COD of the effluent is 40.2 mg/L, theCr 3 removal efficiency is 88.97%, and the treatment cost is CNY 5.45/m . With regard to the process of “intensified flocculation - activated 3 sludge MBR”, COD of the effluent is 36.8 mg/L, the removal efficiency is 82.64%, and the treatment cost is CNY 5.76/m .
