南太湖地区湖州市大气 PM 中多环芳烃的研究2.5--污染现状和人体暴露健康风险评价

         

摘要

运用智能综合大气采样仪采集了南太湖地区湖州市大气PM10和PM2.5样品,采用高效液相色谱检测了该样品中16种多环芳烃化合物,通过苯并(a)芘(BaP)致癌等效浓度、人群终身超额致癌风险和预期寿命损失等指标,评价湖3州市大气PM 中多环芳烃的人群健康风险。结果表明:全市大气PM 中多环芳烃全年总平均浓度为11.59 ng/m ,季平2.52.53均浓度范围在4.775~23.98 ng/m 之间,季节之间呈现一定的变化,冬季>秋季>春季>夏季;全市大气PM 中多环芳2.53烃的苯并(a)芘总致癌等效浓度(TEQ)年均值为1.138 ng/m ,污染所致的成人和儿童的终身超额致癌风险分别为-6-68.7×10和6.0×10,成人的预期寿命损失为44.5 min。%Intelligent integrated atmospheric sampler was used to collect atmospheric PM and PM samples in Huzhou city of 10 2.5 the southern Taihu Lake Area. High performance liquid chromatography method was adopted to detect 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the samples. Indicators such as carcinogenic equivalent concentration of benzo (a) pyrene (BaP), population lifetime excess cancer risk and loss of life expectancy were used to evaluate the population health risk caused by PAHs in the atmospheric PM in Huzhou City. The results showed that the total annual average concentration of PAHs in the atmospheric PM was2.5 2.5 11.59 ng/m and the range of seasonal average concentration was 4.775~23.98 ng/m , indicating a certain variation with seasonal change. That was, the seasonal average concentration was highest in winter, followed by autumn, spring and summer in a descending order. The 3 3 annual average of total carcinogenic equivalent concentration of benzo (a) pyrene (BaP) was 1.138 ng/m . The adult and children lifetime 3 excess cancer risks caused by pollution were 8.7×10 and 6.0×10 respectively and the loss of adult life expectancy was 44.5 min.
